One of a kind custom.  Elephant hide with Tippet blade.  Yep, I wear it - that's what it was made for       ! \\

Sorry for the pic quality.  Phone tends to wash out close ups!

Thanks, Rick. Those arm guards are awesome! I thought I wanted bone on my arm guards but after looking at all these great arm guards from Jhawk and all the other leather artists, I'm going to reconsider. That 3Rivers quiver is also going on my Christmas list!

You're on to something Nigel.

Wow! Sorry so huge. Didn't realize it was going to be giant.  Anyway made by Shane Kaylor of primitive leatherworks. The inlay is bullfrog hide, exterir is buffalo if I remember right. The underside is made with the same leather they use for prostetics. Very comfortable, flexible,  and the bullfrog is super durable.

Here is my "fancy" armguard. A friend of mine made this. He used to sell them, but I think he has retired from that now. It looks so nice I have never worn it!

Gotta chime in because nobody mentioned American Leathers...

I have a real problem with stiff, constricting armguards causing my left wrist to bugger up, which I unfortunately have no idea is happening until the day after, then I can't shoot for two weeks.  I bought one of their gloves and was so impressed with it that I decided to try an armguard.  It's not fancy, but it's super comfy and well-made, with a pigskin interior and buffalo exterior.

The only complaint I could have is that it's tended to absorb sweat and get a bit blotchy, but that's the nature of the beast with soft leather, unfortunately.  It's a tad expensive too, but I'd buy another.
