Abowyer Wapiti is 175 gr and 1-3/8 wide, but it's a glue-on. Abowyer makes other screw-in heads and are a long-time TG sponsor.

As an aside: Adapters installed with JB Weld are basically not going to ever break or move. Titanium and steel adapters are very strong.

Grizzly is the best bang for your buck hands down.

Grizzly , time tested, Dr. Ashby approved. And will pass through with lower weight bows better than most due to the 3:1 ratio.

If you do decide to go with a glue on and insert I will second Kevin's recommendation for the Abowyer Wapiti.  Here is one mounted on a 50gr titanium adapter with 25 gr of lead added in the hollow part of the adapter to make a 250 gr head.  You could skip the lead and be at 225 gr. They are an excellent head and come scarry sharp out of the pack.

You could also go with a 160 gr Grizzly and 75 gr steel adapter and be at 235 gr.  They are excellent as well and although they don't come as sharp out of the package it only takes about 2 minutes to get them that way.  Both Abowyer and Grizzly have excellent customer service, I don't think you could go wrong with either.

Looks like you have lots of choices.  Good Luck!

225 Is the absolute heaviest for this set up, I really want 175 or 200 one piece, kinda looking like there is no such thing yet.  I have some of the setups you all have talked about on some other shafts.
as for those new badger heads they appear to be a bit backwards as the way they would want to spin it seems like the bevel should be on the other side of the blade.  am I right that the arrow will rotate away from the bevel and the offset of the blade indicates rotation twards the bevel.

There is one but it is very expensive.  Alaska Bowhunting makes two heads.   One is convex and one is straight.  Both come in 175-200 grains. Masai and the Samurari ?  Don't quote me, it has been a while since I looked at them.   You will pay about 30 bucks a piece for them though.   I shoot the Abowyer brown bear for whitetails and the tuffhead on elk.
