Your Early Christmas Present
« on: December 03, 2013, 08:13:00 PM »
I wanted to say thank you, make that a BIG thank you to my Tradgang family for the success of our Canada bear camp for 2014. Our camp #1 is fully book out. It actually book completely out within 20 days of my return from bear camp last June. We knew it would be a hit and we will soon be announcing BIG plans for a tradgang bear blast in 2015. We do have very, very limited openings in camp 2 but.... Lets get to the Christmas Present!

OK here it is... In the spirit of this wonderful season and as a thank you to you all, Here is our gift to one lucky winner of our Christmas drawing.

A fully guided combo hog/turkey/bowfishing adventure in Georgia. We will begin the adventure with an evening hog hunt followed by a turkey hunt the next day- but wait, there is more, lol. Rest up that afternoon because when the sun goes down we will hit the water for some crazy fun night bowfishing action! We will shoot carp, gar, shad, eel, bowfin and suckers. 100-150 shot nights are common. You will have chances at 40 lb plus fish if you hit the timing right.

We will supply very experienced hunting and fishing guides, boats, on-site transportation, and bowfishing equipment. Hunts will be conducted on large tracts of private land. All you have to do is enter to win. Winners will supply meals and lodging at a nearby hotel that runs only $50.00 per night. I can pick you up at the Atlanta airport if you need me to.

Same drill as last time. Pick a number 1-500 and make sure you read through all the post to ensure you are the first to pick that number. The first person to pick a number is the owner of that number. The winner is the closest to the winning number without going over. PLEASE only enter if you are sure you can attend this April 2014 combo adventure. Gift is non-transferable. Winner must hunt with a traditional bow for all species. drawing ends on December 23, 2013 2PM EST.

This trip is for a single adult winner but if you have a youth traditional bowhunter in your life that is between the ages of 12-17, please bring them along. I can promise an adventure they will never forget. Oh and you might want to bring along some 5 hour energy drinks cause you're gonna need them.

Update!!!  The winner can also trade this hunt for credit towards one of our alligator hunts. If the winner would rather hunt gator, I will give him 60% off out normal one day rate.

Remember, Georgia is a draw state for gator tags.

Here is a great longbow gator hunt from last year along the beautiful Georgia coast.

Good luck and Merry Christmas from Russell Outdoor Guides!

Nice !  Someone is gonna have some fun.

I am planning something about that time so I will pick a number and keep it to myself to see how I would have fared.

Very nice package. Do you know what date in April it will be on? My daughter is getting married in April. Don't want to enter if it would be on that weekend.
Thanks...Mike

I forgot... We will film your adventure and produce a video so that you can remember "the night that boy almost killed me down in Georgia".

Very flexible on the April date. You go ahead and enter. If you win, we will get you a date that works.  The only real consideration is on the bowfishing side of the trip. Early April = BIG fish. Later in April= High numbers of fish. Both are great fun.
Congratulation on your daughters wedding!
