Stickflinger...WOW!! let me start by saying what you did with limited resources and a "one man show" captured the essence of the hunt more so than the dvds im spending 20$ on. if i were to make a "movie" my goal would be to take the audience along on the hunt...not preach some nonsense or tout some product. you did that man!! i wasnt watching your hunt, i was hunting with you!! the fact that you did that alone and with your family cam corder....dude, your the man!! dont get me wrong, theres nothing wrong with a little narration, but man it totally set the tone that there was no distraction from talking. we were on a hunt, we didnt need to chit chat. you captured the essence of the hunt beyond what ive seen. not attacking anyone here, but i really dont care or need to hear mike wadell, bill jordn or some bleached blonde chick telling me about their hunt, fist pumping and acting as though their the top dawg. i will fully admit when those "celebs" open their mouths the volume goes off. your actions after the kill, a silent moment, a prayer lifted and respectful contact with the animal sealed the deal dude. i think i've about needed professional therapy after watching some of these guys like stan potts attack the camera man with spit flying from his mouth after a kill. you did it man. i got almost 3 foot of standing snow. cabin fever will set in early. i'll be watching this clip over and over all winter. THANKS!!
