Anyone heard of a Falco long bow?
« on: December 11, 2013, 05:42:00 PM »
They are made in Estonia. Apparently the only dealer in the USA is Bowie Outfitters here in Baton Rouge. I just went with my sis in law to get her one and it seems like a VERY top notch bow for the $250-325 price range! It is certainly a shooter, and very clean made. I was just wondering if anyone else on here had any experience with them. It also seems like a very good $300 bow for someone on a budget wanting a new bow.

Greyarcher (on Youtube and Facebook) is very familiar with Falco. They also make his signature gear- tabs, armguards, quiver, etc. Send him a pm.    :archer:

Yeah Greyarcher is a big fan. I believe he shoots a Falco Storm. Other than that I don't much about them. For that price though I would go with a Maddog, Mike is a great boywer and real nice to talk to too. Best bow for the money IMO.

Hmmmmm...... Good Looking Bow and the Price isnt Way out of Range, thats for Sure. Are they a Straight Bow ala Hill Style or Reflex/Delflex??

That Falco force is fantastic looking bow. It's not a hill bow but a reflex deflex that braces to a D.

As native said, its a R/D. To hold it in your hand and to shoot it, it feels like it should cost about twice what we paid.

I know someone who has one and loves it, but me I'd rather keep my money USA-side and buy something similar from one of our sponsors.  Lost Creek and Mad Dog make gorgeous bows for a budget, Chad Francis at Lost Creek especially will make you what you want based on what you wanna spend.  If you're dead set on a long D-shaped r/d bow, 21st Century only costs a few hundred more and made in Texas.
