Kanati at full draw pics?
« on: December 13, 2013, 12:58:00 PM »
Anyone have pics of a kanati at full draw?
I'd love to see them if you do.

Thank you!

I ask every time someone posts up a Kanati too, but no luck yet...I'm half tempted to buy one at some point just so I can post pics.   :biglaugh:

Hope to see a couple too.   ;)

I would try to post a few pics for you, but at my draw length, I don't get my 58" back far enough to be considered full draw. Jason says it goes to 29.5", but I don't go but to 26".

I'm not much better than Barry on the draw length, and the pictures may not be the greatest....but here is both a LH and RH Kanati, drawn to 27".  The RH is a 60" bow and the LH is a 58".   [/IMG]   [/IMG]   [/IMG]   [/IMG]
Take care,
Jason

Looks great. Does it feel smooth to draw?

These bows are as smooth as any that I've tried and smoother than some costing twice as much. Even when overdrawing and anchoring much further back to around 29", I don't know how you could get much smoother in a 58" longbow.  My Kanati was my first bow and it really is hard to find any negatives with this bow.

Having said that, since acquiring and/or shooting several other bows, I don't shoot mine as well as I do some of my others.  I'm not knocking the bow at all, I just have others with grips that are a better fit for me.

Now, in terms of "bang for your buck"....there isn't a bow out there that I've found, that surpasses the Kanati in my opinion.
Take care,
Jason
