Starting a New
« on: December 16, 2013, 11:20:00 AM »
My lady friend recently expressed some interest in starting to shoot with me. So I got on the phone with Tommy from RMSGear. His expert knowledge in getting people started from sctratch made it easy and a couple days later we were shooting together.

This is only a few arrows after getting her new bow. Her form and accuracy improves every time I think that she will be giving me a run for my money soon.

Thanks to RMSGear for all your help in this.

Awesome....my daughter loves to shoot with me!  My wife even picks her bow up in the summer a few times just to let me know she still knows how to use it!   :dunno:

Randy - what arrows is your lady friend shooting?  I just bought a 30# Samick Sage for my wife.  I don't know what her DL is, but I'm guessing it's around 24 or 25", which would put the draw weight in the low 20's.  Anyway, just curious what your research turned up regarding the arrows.

Fantastic! You are so lucky that she wants to share this major portion of your life. It looks from the picture that she is learning well. I wish I had family members who liked the bow.

Does raise the question of what she sees in you?
