Unless you are talking about something different, a vest doesn't have sleeves.  If you mean a jacket, with an Asbell it would be easy to shorten the sleeves or I'm sure Teresa would do it for you.  She does have a zip front vest with a hood and it's a very functional item.

Just bought a Grizzly Silent Predator jacket. Very happy with the quality and fit. I plan on buying the vest and pants next.

You will love the vest.  The poants are on my shopping list at the Feb Sportsmans shpow in Harriburg Pa.
