A New Year Should Start with New Arrows
« on: January 01, 2014, 11:19:00 AM »
Here's some FMJ 400s I just put the finishing touches on yesterday.  Mounted some Snuffers on the black-red-yellow spliced arrows and plan to use them for Turkeys in the Spring.   For my setups I leave them full length and use a 100 gn brass broadhead adaptor without the HIT insert.  They shoot equally well from both my 51# and 56# Tall Tines recurves.

Man those look great! I'm thinking about going to 400's and 100 grain inserts as well.

I like the .400 FMJ enough that I am having a bow built right now to match the arrows...mine do not seem to look quite as nice as yours though

I bet the white ones look like a smoking snowball going down range. Excellent work.
