Trad bows and turkeys- A video
« on: January 02, 2014, 10:06:00 PM »
Finally decided to try and clear this massive backlog of video footage and I am making some headway!
No matter if you are a turkey hunter or not, this compilation of hunts from our 2013 season has some of the most interesting footage of animal behavior that I have every been fortunate enough to capture with a camera. We also had some of the craziest visitors to our turkeys sets. Some were funny and some were simply wild.

I hope you enjoy it.

Jerry, That is some fine video action!! I love those crazy happenings in the woods.

I know that takes a lot of time and effort to edit and post the videos that you do and I just want to say thank you for going through the trouble. I have seen things on your videos I have never had the privilege to witness first hand in the wild.

Splendid footage.....turks are by far my preferred quarry and yet I have rarely seen the up close intense activity as you have shared.

Thank you...Thank you...Thank you...

Jerry- You and me got to talk about a trad bird on Saturday... I've killed a lot of birds in my life. But never one with my longbow...

Amazing footage with the hawk!  I'll have to get back to trying for a gobbler with my trad gear.  Life has gotten in the way of my spring fun the last couple years.

Great video - also watched some of the Africa hunt video.  Would love to go to Africa - just don't like to fly.

Great footage has me wanting spring sooner. Red tail  has a set of balls . I like the young coyote ,I had a coyote come a long distance to my calls and as soon as he crested a rise and saw my decoys he knew the gig was up and tore off back the way he came.
I am booking airfare to Florida for Oceolas, then off to the Rockies for a chance at merriams. thanks for the vid and Good luck in the spring.     JLB

Great footage.  Can't wait to get down there in April and chase them with you.  My string tracker showed up yesterday so that will give me plenty of time to practice with it.

Very well done!  I look forward to watching the rest of your videos you have on youtube.  You do a great job with the hunts and the videos!
