Cool pics guys.  Our hunting ground is completely under water this year, did find a spot dry enough the other day to poke up a camera.

While setting my Camera tonight on a Piece of public land I was scouting, I had a  fawn walk up to me.

Maybe I will finally get trail camera pictures of a  fawn?  Mosquitoes were Horrendous even with a  thermocell, I look like I have small pox.

OK, I left the camera out for 5 days on public land. The above cell pic of a  fawn was taken while setting the camera.  I pointed it toward a  creek crossing but think I would have had just as much luck pointing it the other way as there are 3 major trails here.

What do you think?  I found a  tree stand almost above this spot but a better spot 100 yards away where deer on this trail would eventually end up or come from but it also has a few more intersecting (heavier) trails.

I have picked 2 stand locations and will be getting the spot ready then letting it alone before hunting season.

For public land this is quite good here.

That sucks about your cam Mike, nothing worse then being stolen from no matter what it is. Low life's!!!

Haven't posted here in a long time I don't have email on my laptop but we are just getting our cams going and these are picks with my phone off of my computer. Not the best picks but a few young bucks that are looking good and show some promise given some time to grow.

Lots of fawns and the does look good, we are recovering from a big outbreak of EHD a few years ago. We had plenty of big ones make it through the season last year hope to get some picks soon.

Tracy we are just coming out of a bout with EHD here also. Your deer look healthy. Some nice bucks here but mostly young bucks. I will get another camera tomorrow.

I little Wensel Wick action and a decent buck in the background - hope he comes closer the next time I pull the card.
