I only use them for split, but I can tell you they are durable, and very handy.
If it's in your way, move it.

I use one for split but have done 3 under with it. It works but it would be better if it didn't have the slot for split shooting. Definitely handier than anything else I've tried. It's always hanging from my wrist and doesn't get in the way when you need your hand free. I've made some my self and it's not hard so if you can't find a solid one you could make one.

Love them!  Handy, but tucked into a sleeve when not in use.  Just flick your wrist to put it in total ready.  I made a 3 under for a friend, he likes it too

I don't care for palm tabs. I've tried the Black Widow, the Cavalier, and a no name one. Problem I have with them is not being able to do anything else with my hand when it's in position.

My preference is tabs like the Fred Eichler.

Again, MY preference.

What else do you need to do with your hand?

I found the palm tabs in the way when pulling arrows while stumping, even handling arrows. Reading a book on stand. (Or these days, operating a phone.) any number of things you might do while hunting besides shooting.

Love 'em.  The palm tab is all I've used for several years. I like the way they hang from my wrist so it's not in the way, plus I can shoot with gloves on when needed.

As mentioned Black widow is the only place to find them now.  Hopefully they will continue to be offered.  If not I guess I'll just have to make my own.
I find the older I get, the less I used to know!
