30.5" GT3555 with 160gr Zwickeys. It worked fine from a 42# bow a couple of years ago. Couldn't find a deer to point it at this year

200 grain woodsman BH with standard insert, on a 7595 GT Pro Hunter, cut to 30.5". Gives me around 585 grains total weight. Have not killed anything with it yet, but I'm confident it will drop anything that I hit.

160 grain Grizzly on a Surewood 80-85 spined tapered douglas fir shaft @ 28.5" does the job for me! I've yet to have a "return" customer thus far with this combo and my Black Widow PSA

130 gr Stos and 125 gr Magnus II on Douglas fir shafts. I prefer simple two-edged heads.
I have stuck them deep in roots behind the deer after full pass-throughs. Normally get a foot of shaft out the backside. I shoot 30-1/2" BOP with the last 12" tapared down to 5/16" for about 630 gr all up arrow weight.

Centershot 55/75, 100 grain insert, and 250 gr. VPA Terminator bh, for total weight of 695 gr and almost 12 gpi. Would like to move up a little in # or down in arrow weight. Happy with performance on game, but drops quickly after 20.

Shooting wood arrows, I went from 125 to 160 gr many years ago and have now moved to 200 gr plus. I really like the flight and performance from the heavier heads. Looking forward to my new 235 gr Grizzly Kodiaks.

Victory HV350……100 gn insert….250 VPA….563 total…..30% Ultra-EFOC
Victory HV350……50 gn insert…..300 Big 3….561 total…..30% Ultra-EFOC

Personally confident set-up for the game I pursue.
Note: Used the following arrow which shot out of 51@28 Vyperkahn in arrowing a doe from sternum thru body and resulted in an~6”-8” exit beyond the inner ham. She laid down on the spot.
Victory HV350……100 gn insert…..300 Big 3….611 total…..>31.5% Ultra-EFOC
