Either 125 grain Magnus II or 130 Zwickey No Mercy or 135 Ace Standard or Zwickey 125 grain Eskimo on Chundoo shafts.  Overall weight 500-530 grains.

goldtip 3555 stuffed with nylon rope, magnus I 2 blade 140 grain with 100 grain steel adapter and 100 grain brass insert. Total weight 740 grains. 63# at 26" longbow.

This is a bit more information than you have requested but here's what I'm shooting:

Bow - Shakespeare Super Necedah (Recurve)

Bow Length - 54"

Draw Weight - 58 lbs

Draw Length - 28"

Arrow Weight - 750 grs

Arrow Speed - 149 fps

My arrows are Gold Tip Expedition Hunters 7595, cut to 30 1/8", with 100 gr brass inserts, 125 gr threaded adapters, and 225 gr Tuffhead broadheads /  and or / points. My arrows have EFOC of 33.  They sure make the bow quiet and they pack a nice wallop!

160 grain old style Grizzly on 69# spine compressed tapered cedars.  55-75 GT carbon with 200 grain VPA 3 blade and Arrow Dynamics Hammer Head Trads with 200 grain VPA 3 blade.
Shoot perfect out of a number of bows, especially 60 pound Black Widow MAII and 57 lb. Robertson Vision Falcon II.

200 grain samurai or 220 muzzy phantom with a 100 grain brass insert, Gold Tip Velocity 300 cut to 30 1/4 and 4 fletched. Right around 600 grains out of a 60lb blacktail.

Beman Centershot Trads 500's cut to 28"'s 75gn brass insert and 150 gr Magnus Stingers or Fred's 150gr Muzzy Phantoms. I have a 27" draw length. I shoot a Black Widow PSAIII 47#'s @ my draw length. The Beman's are Outstanding had a complete pass threw on a 6pt this season.

225 Tuffhead on a 75 grn. adapter, 75 grn. brass insert. Total weight about 680 grn. Shooting full length  55/75 gold tips out of a Caribow Slynx, #56 @ 29"

I usually either use 125 grain heads on a 100 grain adapter or a 160 grain head on a 75 grain adapter. Gives me a total head height of 225-235 grains.

200 Grizzly or 200 ACE. Mounted on a 70/75 cedar cut to 28.5 inches out of my 61@28 Dale Dye. I also love ANY V.P.A. Head.

I'm usually in the 175 to 200 grain area.  Maybe with threaded weights behind the threaded insert. Maybe with weight inside a broadhead adapter. Or a steel adapter with broadhead. And sometimes with just a heavy broadhead.

Carbons - Easton 400 Traditional Only Shaft cut to 28.5", 100 grain brass insert shooting 150 grain Steelforce Hell-fire; total weight up front 250 gr. ~22% Foc 560 grains total weight

Wood - Surewood Shaft 55-60# cut to 28.75" with 145 grain field points, going to shoot 135 grain Zwickey Deltas
