I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Tim Roberts for his generous donation of 4 dozen beautiful youth arrows and leather to Cub Scout Pack 45's archery program that I'm starting. In a time of constant pressure and negative messages to the youth, most people simply complain about the youth.My experience is that most people do very little to help them. It is of course, much easier to complain.Traditional archery can counter the negative messges and the hip hop culture.The discipline that it takes to improve. The beauty of the form. The awesome coolness of the arrow flying through the air and hitting the bullseye. The incredble power of the stick and string put into the hands of a young boy with his pants hanging halfway down his butt is hypnotic and addictive. They cannot resist it.So thanks Tim, for your contribution to social change and the youth of tomorrow.Everyone thanks you.I am always looking for youth equipment,youth size strings,old kids bows or broken arrows.A bow in the hands of a kid who has nothing could change his world.
