Really enjoyed it Curt, loved the changing of the season and the time you spent with Cade.  That last scene with the deer beds all around your stand is the way my season ha been plenty of signs but no deer nor shots.  My only improvement area would be in the sound department...As I'm hard of hearing now and it was real difficult to understand what you were saying...what that you say?
Everything I have and have become is due to the Lord and his great mercy.

Curt, you showed everyone what hunting is all about.
A father teaching his son the right way to hunt.
Keep it up that was a great.

Thanks for sharing You and Cade year.

I would have bought that outright over any high budget hunting film. Not because I know who you are from this forum, but because it was both classy and real.

The music selection was excellent, the still photos were well placed and you really incorporated the emotion and feeling of the hunt.

It showed the great shots and the ones that were not as good. This is important because people have come to believe deer hunting is too easy. They see the commercial based hunts where only the successes are shown and believe it is a lazy man's game.

Well done and thank you for sharing it for free. It is far and away the classiest hunting video I have seen and I honestly would have paid for it.

Thanks again,
Charlie

You can never get enough footage. Getting a good subject is tough as well. You never know when the big buck or long beard will present. Nicely done, good luck in your future hunts. Mike

I really enjoyed watching those video Curt!  Editing is an art and you definitely have an eye and ear for it.   To me, the mark of a good film, or any form of story telling, is it's ability to evoke emotion.  You videos we actually quite moving... The music, slow motion and just your edit points were really great.  I've done enough editing over the years to know that you spent a LOT of time on that!!  Nice work and thanks for sharing it!!

Great video's Curt. I echo Tsalt's comment you put a LOT of time into editing that from the raw footage and you did it very well. Thanks for sharing it with us.
