I use Sagittarius feathers. I buy white and dye my own. Love them. I also use natural barred from bird's I've shot. I don't use truflite anymore.

Performance: not a bit of difference.
Chopping to shape: Sagittarius is way easier due to the way the base is ground.

Their prices are going up in March at Sagittarius. I get the full length ones they're currently $30 / 100.

Good to know. I had already switched from Trueflight to BearPaw based on price/quality. I can get red barred 5 inch shield from Bearpaw for around $60 per 100...that are $90 per 100 for Trueflight. Will check out Sagittarius as well...thanks.

I have used Sagittarius for a few years now. There parabolic feathers are a little taller than most. There shield cut is right on...
you cant go wrong with them not to mention they are half the cost of TrueFlight

I have. I bought 2 dozen. They were not the matched shafts so there was a 50gr difference in the weights. The spines were accurate. Not bad shafts for the price.
