Beautiful bow!   Copperheads are awesome camoflauge!   What kind of wood is the riser?

What a beautiful recurve. That stained spalted maple is a piece of art.
Said was not going to buy another bow til some of mine sold...then found a great deal on a Greybark. Widows seem to be the most forgiving bows in my hands, good luck with the new bow. Roy
Maybe it is time to shoot what I have on the rack

Dave,

I really like the snake skin overlay on that Black Widow PSA V.  I also have a Black Widow PSA V.  My bow is a 60" recurve drawing 62# at my 29 1/2" draw and boy does it shoot fast.  I shoot 23/64 dia. Port Orford cedar shafts that I handcraft myself and  have taken deer, turkey and black bear with that outfit.  I think you'll find that bow to your liking as far as quietness and efficiency goes.

For those that have asked, the low grip is the best grip widow offers. I was skeptical at 1st not having ever felt one, but I like it.

Awesome!  I love the Reaper on the limb too... I've got an older SA with a couple of sets of limbs that was named Reaper by a few friends... Critters just seem to die around that bow...

Love the low grip too... actually sending Reaper in to get the grip reworked to a low grip and a refinishing as he needs it... When I get the $'s anyway...

Congrats on the new bow David!
