St Judes loses a great benefactor
« on: February 16, 2014, 03:34:00 PM »

Dakota my pooch on the right passed away today. He was a great benefactor to the St Judes auction, he loved Lil'Ds pound cake. His big heart and great spirit will be missed.

I know the pain you feel. I lost my beloved Rottie, Maggie, a couple of months ago and still miss her terribly.
The years accumulate on old friendships like tree rings, during which time a kind of unspoken care and loyalty accrue between men.

I'm sure this is a tough time in your household.  They can become like children to us.  I know mine has.  Sorry for your loss.

Ken, I feel your pain. Molly our Lab passed away on the 10th. My best buddy for the last 13 years. Like Dakota, Molly too was fond of Little D's pound cake.

Ken,
Sad to hear, they are family. You know, if people treated each other with the love and loyalty that our four legged bud's do, this old world would be a lot better place !!!! So sorry for your loss.
