Steve Abbott memorial tomorrow

steve's memorial will be at the mile square in fontain california,bring your bow!  food and beverage will be there,,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!shoot straight!!!!!!!!!

Man!!!! I haven't been on in a while, what happened to Steve? I bought my first longbow and killed my first ever deer with that bow. That was in 92 . He is a great guy!!

steve died two weeks ago.fluke thing.internal infection/fever.to 106/coma.gone..great fellow..

Wow. Just saw some pictures of steve at shoot out west. I made a bunch of yellar and brown stings for him back in the 90's. Always looked foward to visiting with him at cloverdale and michigan longbow shoot.

I am all the way across the country from CA so I had my own memorial shoot today. I waded snow through my woodlot bag course and shot my latest yew/coco 66" longbow Steve built for me last year. I thought of my old buddy as I shot arrows from my favorite bow. Steve was such an artist and a friend.

That is a great tribute David. It's a good thing you did as a remembrance to a great guy.
