Probably more animals killed with Bear Razorheads than any other manufactured head except maybe Zwickeys.

That being said, I agree there are many heads built that are tougher and more durable than Bear Razorheads, but the Razorhead is super easy to sharpen and has gotten the job done for many bowhunters.

Nate,
The Bear Razorhead is a good broadhead, but there are certainly heads made that are better. That said, for me it's about the nostalgia. I know my Super Shrew Carbon Classic Hunter, which is the same weight as my 1971 Bear Super Kodiak, is definitely a more efficient bow.  However, they both kill whitetails effectively for me.  I enjoy using the old Bear equipment for what it is, a piece of traditional archery history that is effective and feels good to me.

Trap - that's quite a collection.

This is turning out to be an excellent thread!

Some I have. My daughter has more. I'll try to get some pics of them.

The bottom two look to be the oldest.

I really like the all yellow shafts.

Is that stain they used on those arrows?

Mine are paint. The three above have minor splits and chipping in the paint.

I just love the yellow shafts with black fletching for some reason.  I've got some old Herters that wouldn't be in hunting condition.  Cool thread.
