At least you get a good visual of a pass through when you shoot that target.

I need to correct myself I said I HAD one. I still have and use mine if I can figure out how to post a pic I will show you all my target.
I have read all the posts and I believe that some of you (or myself) are talking about different 3D targets. My (Glendel Full Rut Buck) does NOT have FOAM antlers OR PLASTIC LEGS. Yes they do have a steel skeleton, but I believe that they all do else wise they would break trying to put them together. For that matter taking hits from hundreds if not thousands of arrows with or without BHs.

I can guarantee that the target I am talking about is a Glendel, it has plastic legs, and fell apart!

You have a really old Glendale with the layered insert(they were good targets) but the new ones are junk!  :deadhorse:

I have a Full Rut model and also a Buck model.  The Full Rut model has a hard support piece in the belly that could destroy your arrow if you hit it. I've lost 6. I've been through two cores in a year and the body is barely held together still. I'm now shooting at the hind quarters.
Here is a picture of the Buck I received this Christmas. I wrote Glendale and told them that after 20 days, their target didn't last. Here is there response:

Hello,

We appreciate the feedback.  Our “5X” advertising is stating that the core offers 5 times more shooting surface area than the competition.  That being said, the only area intended to be shot is the core.  This is the only portion of the target that is designed to withstand repeated shooting.

The core, once the outer foam starts to chip away, looses all of its integrity. I dont have a current picture of the 5X core but if that is what lasting five times longer than the competition is then the competition must last maybe 1 month. My 5x core is shredded. Their foam is horrible. I will never spend one more penny on their product. Buy a Rinehart. Im switching to the Rinehart Rhinoblock. The target is now in pieces.

Rienheart for sure.  Arrows pull much easier and they last longer.  Just me but I'll never own a Glendel

I have two of them that my wife bought at Cabelas in the bargin cave .... one is the full and the other is a bit smaller but still bigger than most deer targets. I have had them for at least four years and they are still going strong with one insert replacement on the smaller one. The smaller one is getting close to being shot through the back compression piece and I do not like hitting the lower metal piece along the belly, but all in all these have been pretty good targets. The full rut is still in darn good shape and I have shot LOTS and LOTS of arrows into each of these targets. I use the rump for BH's on the small one, works great ...

Yeah' I think I got this one from Cabelas too. I have gone through about 5 inserts on this one. I too use the rump area for BHs nowadays. The nose is just about gone Due to my dog, he likes to attack "Bucky" There are a couple BHs stuck in it, I cant find them.

Have to agree, dollar for dollar, Rinehart for me. I hate plastic anywhere on a target.
