Also Mojam is much more than a shoot.
It is a gathering of like minded folks building and talking bows. Mostly self bows and backed wood bows.
If you came Thursday afternoon and stayed all weekend you could acquire a stave and expect to make a bow with expert help.

Macbow,
Where exactly in Marshall is MOJAM held? This is the gathering Jim Hamm features in TBB IV, Chapter 6 Turtle Bow, correct? How many years has this been running now?
Is it held here because it is more or less in the middle of the country, proximal to all?
I will put it on my calendar...would love to go!
Thanks for the heads up.

This will be the 16th year for Mojam. It is held at the archery club grounds just past the city park, cemetery and golf course.
Not hard to find when ya know where it is...
It is a good time and the gates usually open on Wednesday for the early arrivers. Check the Events Forum here for the usual announcement.Keith (AKA-MoBow)has the info posted there.
