Some of you guys may remember a post I put up about the Full Draw Film Tour. Well, the guys that have been putting the Tour together for the last 3 years have now started a film school with the intent to teach both new aspiring and experienced film makers to raise the bar on their finished products. Whether you are just interested in videoing for personal use to share with friends and family or want to do something more serious with your production work, it covers camera operations, story boarding, editing etc. They realize that many non-hunters that see hunting videos can come away with a changed attitude towards hunting; either they come away with a positive experience after seeing a well put together, tastefully done production that is respectful towards the animal and portrays hunting in a positive light, or like too many YouTube videos out there now, are turned off by what someone has posted up, even though they may have had good intentions. They want to help clean up the face of hunting. Anyway, here is a finished piece that came out of the Film School last weekend. I had a friend there that is one of the instructors and has one of my bows and here is what he produced. Pretty impressive. The slow motion of arrow in flight at the end is impressive. It is amazing what these new cameras can do now!
