Received my first set from Snag this past Friday. These are my first "real" wood arrows, having shot aluminum then carbon. It's cliché, but true in that they're pretty enough to make you consciously careful with them!
Grabbed three with field points installed and went out back to my brand spanking new straw bale target that I'd made. First group I noticed two things... 1) my nocks were tight on the string sending my arrows a bit to the left, and 2) straw bales don't stop arrows very well as they buried to the feathers. Live and learn.
I quick swapped out strings for one with smaller serving, nocks fit nice and passive and the arrows flew GREAT. Backed out to 30 yards and the arrows dropped right in. (Dinged one against the other and cringed.)
