I shoot Arrow dynamics lite cut 29" length and 100 gr brass insert.  I can shoot anything from 125gr to 200 gr head with perfect flight.  I shoot a 50lb hybrid longbow at my 27" draw lengh.  I can also shoot gt 3555 full length with 100 gr brass and 125 gr head but it doesn't tune nearly as well as the arrow dynamics. I will buy arrow dynamics from now on.  They are very forgiving and will shoot well from a wide range of draw weights.

Probably the 5575, but you might need more weight up front. Mostly depends on how deep the riser is cut.
