Black & Chartreuse
« on: March 25, 2014, 10:26:00 AM »
I was asked to come up with some black and chartreuse arrows. He liked the idea of black crown with the ebony stain, but wanted them to be visible. So we went with the ebony stain for the Surewood Shafts which is always a great look...in my opinion. The contrast of the chartreuse fletching and cresting made them really POP! haha  These are for his dad who is going to try and introduce one to an elk this year.     Good hunting!

Wow!  If you did those in black and white a hunter would need a tuxedo to be properly dressed.

Thanks, I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked them. They were fun to make for the guy. They are heading to Durango, CO for a fall elk hunt!

I'll tell you gang, between Gary at DM and David at Wilderness, there are no excuses to not shoot fully dressed up arrows, Wood, Carbon or Aluminum.....
