Good glove for young new shooter?

My nephew is really taking to traditional archery. He's 15 1/2, and has twigs for fingers. I'd like to get him a quality glove, any ideas?
He'shooting bare finger now.

Outline his hand and fax it to American Leathers. They'll fix him up with a Big Shot that'll work.

No problem, they give real good service there. If for some reason it doesn't fit, they'll exchange it for one that does.
