Crazy tasty. Grilled some ribs with Carolina gold and it was eaten up by my boys and my mother and I. Been waiting on the new thread.

As soon as my wife had her first bite of SC hog I had a lifetime pass to go hunt them. Many here may disagree, but I'd rather eat hog than elk!

Work and travel schedules has slowed down the new thread a bit, but it should be a good one! Photos and stories are being prepared by the guys.

Good storey !! Sounds like you had a good a hunt . It is one of my hope to do hunts , maybe Feburey , or March of 2015 ?? Hope to get to meat you guys soon .
