there is a comcast trad gang problem that's been happening for the last three dayze.

another trad gang member verified that trad gang worked fine from their cellphone when they switched off wifi and went through their cell provider (which was at&t.)

century link uses a part of the comcast network to get to enom name servers which appears to be down. i verified that they got to sites on our servers that were not using enom name servers.

comcast is very large and when they have a problem it affects a lot of people not just comcast people.

unfortunately we can't do anything until comcast fixes the problem, sorry.    :banghead:

Urg!!!! This is affecting me! My iPhone will not open tradgang if I'm hooked to wifi. I about sent you an email but figured it wasn't a tg problem because it works fine when wifi is off. Hopefully they fix it soon.

Thanks for the heads up.

I have Comcast, I'm using it now.
And we have Wifi in the house that is always on.
  No problems here.

not all of comcast is down.  comcast is a Huge network, with thousands of servers and many access nodes = lots 'n' lots of hardware.

Huh...?  That explains it.  At first I thought TG had gone belly up.

I may have been one of the first to see this. My wife and I talked to Century Link for over two hours Saturday trying to solve the problem. After finding out it wasn't a Century Link problem they did a line trace and found it was a Comcast Router that was giving the problem.

This morning I finally got in touch with Comcast. After a short talk I was assured the problem would be fixed my lunch or shortly after.

Looks like they kept their word.

Please update this thread if the problem still exists or appears to be solved. I have some good connections at Comcast    :D

I don't like that i wasn't able to get on  TG this weekend,  but glad to know I wasn't going crazy.  Couldn't figure out why I could get on with cell phone but not on computer.   Thanks for passing this along.

SCATTERSHOT

I couldn't get on, either, thought it may have been just me. Fixed now, though.

Bears can attack people- although fewer people have been killed by bears than in all WWI and WWII combined.

Problem appears to be fixed. Post here if still having issues with access.
