Big Jim Does it Again!
« on: March 31, 2014, 10:27:00 PM »
Well by now its probably no secret what Big Jim can do with some wood and fiberglass. With my new Thunderchild I wanted Big Jim to just do his magic with the wood combos and my only specs being the beaver grip and antler tip overlays. It arrived at my house today and all I could say was WOW! It is definitely the prettiest bow I now own and it absolutely zings a cedar shaft like nobody's business. I got home late so after I set up the rest I went out and shot under the work light. Shoots right where I'm looking. Can't wait till tomorrow when I can get some pics to post.

OK, got 'em sized right.

Had a little time this afternoon to try out the new Thunderchild on a couple of stumps. Punky stumps around here are real trophies!

This one was just right

My photography is not that great on the close shots so I had to show what I got

String silencers are a very nice touch

Antler tip overlays - Sweet!
