hybrid class?

It is the time of year for 3D shoots. I find the competitive nature among my buddies brings my shooting up for hunting season. Given that I primarily shoot a hybrid what is the fair class to enter. Depending on brace height it seems I could enter recurve or longbow.

Straight tips I usually shoot in Longbow, there are many R/D guys out there. If there are only a couple bent stick guys show up I'll shoot with them.

I'd let the club decide where to put you. Some people are sticklers for every minute detail while others are more relaxed. Personally, I don't see a reason to distinguish between a recurve and longbow. Does one offer a significant advantage over the other to deserve its own class? Not in my opinion.
