Don't know of any ranges. Best to just bring a bunch of judo tips and kill some stumps. Plenty of public. The little belts are just down the road.

Belt, MT - a short drive from Great Falls - has an archery club that has 3-D targets up year around, but I do not have the specifics on how to get access....

Good luck Randy!

Great Falls has an archery club....lots of trad guys in it.   There use to be a range up near the airport....someone will "pipe in" about them.

OK, about 5 miles West of down town you come to an old archery range that I shot at for years.  There's no range there now but the ground is all river sand and you can shoot all day with broadheads and not hurt an arrow.  I really miss it!  If you drove out of the Malmstrom gate and stayed on that street you would come to it.

Oddly enough, I bought my first new bow at a sporting goods store in Great Falls in 1972.  This Bear Kodiak Hunter saw lots of action across the Missouri at Black Eagle giving those ground squirrels pure heck.

With all that territory, you will find loads of spots to shoot even if not at a club.
