Wallace mountain longbows

Thinking about getting a d- style longbow,I know mr Wallace makes some very nice looking bows! Just wondering how they stack up against other d- style bows performance wise, cast, shootability etc. I know they perform very well in his hands. If you own or have owned one what are your likes or dislikes? Maybe some pics to drool over if you have them. Thanks

They are top notch performers. You won't find a better built bow with finer craftsmanship any where. No dislikes at all here. They shoot equal to my Hills, Northern Mists, Fred Anderson Skookum.

I'm interested also. Unfortunately you don't see them come up for sale in the classifieds, at least not often. I guess that's because their owners are happy with them.

Mr. Wallace shoots amazing scores with his bows at IBO Worlds every year shooting against Fox triple crowns, 21st century, and other target long bows. I'm sure it says on his site how many world titles he has, it's a lot. My guess is his bows won't hold you back in performance.

I have owned one of his longbows. They are good performers, and the craftsmanship is excellent. I would buy another.
Just call him to order a bow and/or discuss pricing.
