I have tennis elbow in my bow arm from a non-archery related injury.  So far shooting hasn't aggravated it, but its still an issue.  It has taken a year for the condition to improve and its 'almost' gone but still there.  Thanks for sharing this method of treatment.

Not in every instance but, tendonitis is usually a result of doing something repetitiously without enough of a hand grip, or holding whatever one is trying to do too loosely. To help to avoid inflamation, put a little turmeric in your food, it's a natural anti-inflammatory.

Glad your feeling better.

I think I will discuss this with my doctor. Also, I wonder if it will work with tendonitis is my thumb, which was caused when experimenting with different ways of holding the longbow.

It is good to hear that you are doing well. We all appreciate your service.
