ARROW SQUARING DEVICE?
« on: September 21, 2007, 07:34:00 AM »
I have heard there is some time of tool around for squaring up shafts after cutting.  Who has them?

I have one made for alum and carbon arrows.. I use it to square the insert up not the actual shaft.  Can't remember the brand name right now, But I think Cabelas has em..

OK foundit.  It is called an ADS, by G5, squares alum arrows, alum inserts and alum bushings.

Don't forget to use it on both ends, insert and nock, even if you don't cut the nock. Most shafts don't come with truely square ends from the factory.
