Beautiful!  I love spalted mango.  Have made a couple dulcimers with s-m for the top & back.  Have a half dozen pieces nominally 1/8" x 1-3/4" x 36" that I'm planning to use for a wood-glass composite bendy handle flatbow backed with a full length lam of swirly Kentucky Coffeetree.

The two bows on the left have Mango veneers, mango and cocobolo riser's, phenolic and cocobolo overlays.  Made them as donation bows but they didn't quite make it; the glass has streaks in the limbs so they are destined to be wall decorations. That said they still look really nice, and shoot even better then they look.

The photography sucks, but it gives you an idea of what mango looks like...under streaked glass   :banghead:

Closeup of the risers:

The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

Holy wow Walt!!! I'd be more than happy to give any of those "wall hangers" a new home! How long is your waiting list?!!!
Plant a fruit or nut tree today, and have good hunting tomorrow.

Mango is very interesting stuff. I bet I have nearly a 100 lb feet of the stuff and very few pieces are the same. Lots of great figure though.

If you run out of wall space, I've got some to spare.  Streaks don't matter.  Shootability does.
