Josh, are you trying to fletch a radical helical? I am fletching some Axis as I type. I adjusted my jig to accommodate the shaft. I placed a feather in the clamp, loosen the jig and put the shaft in jig. Then moved the assembly until the quill was setting flat on the shaft.
Make sure the quill is flat on your feathers, something I learned here recently. There is another thread I started about fletch tape the other day. I learned a lot from others here with that simple question.

Easton Injexion are micro diameter, smaller diameter then Axis.I have no problem fletching up either one on my Bitz.I just adjust my jig to where I get the best quill to shaft contact. You just don't get as much helical on a smaller diameter shaft as you would on larger diameter shafts.

I have fletched 1/4" wood arrows without issue on a Bitz. Even got some good helical.
Have also done it on a LW Bitz.

ya I have a pretty good helical in there. just using the LW clamp that came with it. seems like if I rotate the clamp to get good contact in the middle, the ends are completely off the shaft, if I rotate to make good contact on ends of feather, middle sits high.

If the feather sits high in the center you need to run something down the quill of the feather after you put clamp on place. I use the back edge of my razor knife. This is not an uncommon thing to have to do when fletching feathers.

One trick that I learned when fletching short fletches, is to take a second fletch and put it in the clamp at the front end. Adjust your jig with that in the clamp along with your regular one that will be fletched. It will allow the clamp to lay flat down the entire length of the shaft? Make sense?
