New from Gill

Got something new from Ryan just the other day. Been shooting shrews for years but wanted to try a selfie.
Contacted Ryan and he built just what I had in mind.
58" 45# snakey Osage with western diamondback. Having not shot a selfbow before I expected sluggish. It's not. Quick to the target with the bamboo arrows he also fashioned for me.
He was a pleasure to work with. Here are a couple pics.
If you are shopping... have a look at Gill's Primitive Archery.

Awesome selfie snake! Ryan's bows have been on my radar for a while now.

So you're the lucky owner. I saw that one on his facebook page and thought to myself "man I wish that was mine"! Congrats, that's a beauty!

I'm sure happy with it. Can't wait to try it chasing whitetail this fall. Ryan's a perfectionist. He had a great stave he showed me. Got it mostly done and he said it just didn't shoot to his standards and scrapped it and started over. This one really does shoot quick.
