Dicks, I have seen nice ones on sale for $15. The time it takes to build one and the materials to build could not come close to equaling this price. I know you though, the personal satifaction may be worth it for ya!! Nice knives in your other post by the way, remember my bunny hunt!! Shawn

Like the Seat Dean Torges Made? For Ground Seating, with a Rope around the Tree?? It Should be in the "How-To" Archive!

stick shooter, this thread has the good idea of using a prussik knot for adjustment instead making a zillion knots in the line for different trees. Works great on mine.

Also, I attached to small loops on mine that match up with clips wear my shoulder straps clip to my fanny pack. Just hook the loops in the clip and it is a breeze to take the seat with you.
Taking some foam and old camo and making a cushion makes it mo' better!

Good grief my typing is random, that should read, "...attached TWO small loops..." and "...match up with clips WHERE my..."
"I doesn't sound none too edjukated".
Note to Terry Greene....can't'cha put spell check on this thing?
