Hi,
I joined th post about a week ago and have spent the last week reading previous posts and getting to know some of the regulars by their posts.
I don't know if this is standard, but here is a little about myself.
I live in north centeral Alberta Canada for the last few years, but I was born and raised in British Columbia.I'm Semi retired and I'm looking forward to spending a little time on myself.
I have hunted all my life and have been thru the gamit of rifles and Compounds, and I believe it is time to take the training wheels off my bow and go back to the traditionals.
I half a 1/4 section of land and I'm surrrounded by government land and have Moose, Deer,(Mulies and Whitetail) Elk and Bear frequently in the yard.
I Wood Carve (birds, fish & animals), hunt and fish.
I would like to get into making my own Bow and Knives.
I am looking forward to becoming part of your group.
Will talk to you later.

Welcome..

Next May I am bear hunting 150 miles northwest of Edmonton and can't seem to wait.. LOL  From the pics Alberta looks beautiful.

Is an Alberta section the same as the USA, 640 acres per?
