A big thank you to Black Widow

Well during deer season this year some spots started to pop up in the finish of my riser on my pa.  I was a little worried about them since they were on the wood.  I went to the Howard Hill shoot and met Mr. Roger (super nice guy) and showed him my bow.  He said bring it back that afternoon and he would take it back with him and refinish it.  We never talked about a price and I assumed they would call me when it was finished and we would talk about that.  Next thing I know, I get an email from ups saying my bow will be delivered tomorrow!  I have always heard how great there customer service is and now I know first hand.  What a great bunch of guys!  Now if I could just quit dreaming about ordering a new one after looking at all the beautiful bows they brought to the shoot    :bigsmyl:

Yep.  I returned a set of limbs that were exactly the specs I requested.  just wanted something different.   I fully expected to pay a penalty and even suggested this.  What I got was a new set of limbs at different and new specs and only paid the cost of shipping.  Since that experience I have learned that this is just how Black Widow does business.  First rate folks and business.

Yes great service always from BW.  I dont shoot them but do respect them.  Another big thank you to BW for donating a beautiful recurve to Compton that was given away last night.  Theg do a lot for Compton.  One guy got lucky and BW helped raise some money for a good cause!!    :clapper:      :clapper:
