Well, I opened it, and to my dismay(not), it is not a garden tool. However, it looks like yet another of JD's pieces of art. Guess I will have to keep it. Here you go.

As good as this Morningstar looks, it may shoot even better. It is more centershot than my Hills, and also noticeably faster, so I will have to retrain my eye a bit, because it shot high right for the first few shots, but I'm already getting used to it. It is going stump shooting this afternoon, which should train my eye some more. The bow is absolutely dead in the hand, and the only sound is a very slight string buzz. I doubt that it will get fitted with silencers, because it just doesn't need them.
This bow and I should have a long and happy relationship. Now I have some idea of what other JD Berry fans were talking about with his bows. The guy knows a couple of things about making a quality arrow throwing device.
