Got the call from the Taxidermist.  Skull measured 17 7/8".  It's not Pope & Young (needed to be 18 after 60 days), but it is the world record in the "MV" record book.  I couldn't be any happier with this bear if I tried.  I'm still beside myself that I was blessed with the opportunity.

That's a trophy in any book......ESPECIALLY with a stick and string!!  Congrats again.  did you make up a special set of bear arrows??  Just curious

Yes Sean.  I used the exact same Eclipse head that I killed my Mule Deer with last year.  Those Eclipse heads are amazing...

   

With the knife I won last year...
