Make sure you have insurance! I had one slip away 5 weeks ago-vanished into thin air! Could have been a miserable deal. As it was it was only kinda' miserable.

I had a guy from Wisconsin that I never met except on the internet here on Tradgang send me  three longbows to try after I told him I was interested it trying one.  It was a big help and I ended up buying a Big River LB after demoing one of his.  It's nice to know that there is still trust out there.   Thanks Bomania!

I have one on a "long term" loan to a buddy who is serving our country as a Marine.

I know he'll take care of it and when he comes back to Missouri I'll get the bow back.

Trust is what has been developed here on Tradgang because of the open honest folks.

Kudos to all who have fostered this kind of friendship and trust.

God bless,Mudd

I ended up buying the loaner Bob Lee Ultimate.

Great bow and great fellow to deal with.

I can't believe it took me so long to try these Lee's.

Now I'm on surgeon's orders not to shoot a bow (or lift grandchildren, etc.) for 6 weeks.  Not an archery injury.

I wouldn't hesitate to loan a bow or swap bows. If someone decided they needed my bow so bad they don't give it back, I consider that a compliment to the bowyer  :)

In fact Ben (caughtandhobble) loaned me a bow at the end of last year and I am very grateful!

Top notch fella right there!
