I used to own a Northern Mist Baraga w/ birdseye maple riser and veneers.  It is beautiful.  I sold it.  I will own another NM in the future.  I will allow Steve to have artists preference in wood choices throughout but I hope that a birdseye or quilted maple or juniper are in his mind at the time.

Does it count if I incorporated maple into my broadhead (or the other way around)?

I do like the exotic woods but I also really like domestic woods like maple.  Here are a couple of my recent bows.  A dyed quilted maple limbed for me and one for my wife with a birdseye maple riser.
