carbon arrow info

I bought 3 dozen new carbon arrows for $2.00 each. Some are marked 350 and some are marked 250.
I know nothing about carbon arrows but I was wondering if I can use the 250's out of my 45# recurve with the arrow cut to 28" and a 125 grn head?

The best approach is leave them long and try to get them to fly well by cutting them a little at a time.
If you cut to 28" you will stiffen them to the point that 125 grain points will not work.

If they are Carbon express arrows they will most likely be way to stiff. you want a carbon express CE75 or CE90
