ILF Tiller question
«
on:
July 12, 2014, 01:28:00 AM »
Does anyone know if I have to unstring the bow before making tiller adjustments on a ILF bow?
I have instructions on how to adjust it but it doesn't say whether I should keep it strung or go ahead and unstrung it.
Thanks.

You can make tiller adjustments while strung.

I would say as long as the threaded inserts for the tiller bolts are stainless steel and not aluminum, which is most likely the case. Some older risers I believe used aluminum and it wasn't advisable.

Tiller adjustments can be made while strung with no problems.
