My son Dallas (the youngest member of WAC Outdoors LLC) shot his first game animal with a traditional bow last night, a 70# porker. Used a Big Jim Buffalo Bow and 2016 shafts tipped with Grizzly Broad Heads (Total weight 600gr.). I think Bill from Grizzly is going to chime in and put some pics up for us. Here are the particulars. The bow is 52# @ 28, his draw is 24 so we'er looking at 43-44lbs? Quartering away shot entered last rib and fractured shoulder blade on the off side, 4" of shaft plus broad head sticking out. Pig ran 50 yrds and flopped over dead. I could not be more proud of my son. He has been practicing every night for weeks on a 3D hog target and put the shot right on the money!
