I'm with Stumpkiller...Izula II is hard to beat.  It's always nice to come out of a chest cavity after cutting the esophagus with all your fingers! I'll throw in a 4" fixed blade if I have to quarter and pack out...Forschner boning knife back at camp.

I use the big knife for making ground blinds, splitting firewood etc. The second knife (Buck Vanguard) is the one I use the most for field dressing deer size game. I just redid the handle on it and now it feels good in the hand. Schrade folders. The third knife is a Schrade Sharpfinger a handy little knife. The other 3 are Schrade folders.Nothing fancy or expensive but they get the job done. I'm saving my coins to purchase a Bark River or GSO.
